Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wynr mobile application or website (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. About Wynr

Wynr is a community-based sports prediction and results platform. Users may submit predictions or results, view fixtures, leaderboards, and related sports content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wynr. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

• 4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• 4.2 You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• 4.3 You may only create one account unless authorised by Wynr.

5. Acceptable Use

• 5.1 Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
• 5.2 Do not submit false or harmful content.
• 5.3 Do not disrupt or exploit the App.
• 5.4 No automated bots without permission.

6. User Content

Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Wynr a non-exclusive right to display and use it within the App.

7. Suspension & Termination

Wynr may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

8. Disclaimers

• 8.1 The App is provided “as is”.
• 8.2 Sports data may be inaccurate or delayed.
• 8.3 Wynr does not provide betting or gambling advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Wynr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Privacy & Data Policy

Wynr processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• * Device and usage data

Data is used to operate the App, display results, communicate updates, and improve performance. Wynr does not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting admin@wynr.co.za.

Wynr uses cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve security, and enhance reliability.

Disabling cookies may limit certain features.
